Is a diary a good way to learn about world war 2?

I think that a dairy is a good way to learn about World War 2. It gives you more of a way on what the people are experiencing, what they are seeing and what is going on around them. A dairy gives you more on a personal view. In this book I didn't really learn about anything about World War 2 though, it focuses more on on whats going on in the attic.

Love is

Love is an emotion that you can feel for someone. How you can show love is by caring for them and being able to give them your all. Love is how my mother feels fo me. My mom always wants whats best and help me through anything. I know that I can trust her.

Reading

Outside this class i don't really read at all. I may read a few magazines here and there but not much. I am lazy when it comes to reading, I'd rather sit and watch some t.v or hang and talk to friends. What I can do instead of just sitting on the couch, since I have the time, I can pick up one of my books that I would enjoy or read a few magazines.

Thoughts on the Book

My thoughts on this book so far is I think its boring. The things she writes are not intersting. There is not much to go on. Anne seems to have not very much to write about. There are just stuck in the attic not much to do there. This book carries on to much. Out of all the characters the most intersting one to me is Anne Frank, she seems to be very smart then what most people give her credit for and she is very abservent.

What do you think she means by this, or how would that apply in todays world?

When Anne said " I must become good through my own efforts, without examples and without good advise", what I thought she meant by that is she is kinda on her own, she has to figure things out herself to get through it herself. She still can do good things, but she has to make more effort and do what feels right to her.

Do i agree with Anne that people are good at heart?

I agree that people are good at heart. Everybody is not born with a cold heart, something in people lives could happen or how they were raise can effect them to seem like they are cold hearted. They can also be scared, thats how they cover it up or to get through things. There is some good in everybody, they just just need to bring it out.

what would you miss the most if you went in hiding?

What i would miss the most if i went in hiding is my own house, all my personal belongings left behind. I wouls also miss being able to see my friends everyday, or even to go outside to see them, going outside for me in genreal would be hard. Can not go out to eat or go to the park or even just walk around and ride a skateboard.

Why do you think people chose to help Anne's Family

Anne's Family needed help, Some people hide but others help them out and the reason why i think they helped them out is because they were good people maybe they felt bad for them or even guilty if they just left them.

Something that makes me happy

Something that makes me happy is music being able to relax listen to the beats and singing along to the lyrics, I even write my own lyrics being able to write what I'm feeling makes me calm and happy. An other thing that makes me happy is summer, being able to grab a skateboard and skate with my best friend, Skating anywhere and everywhere and trying to learn the tricks that he is doing, even if i don't learn them just being able to hang with him and have fun just makes me happy.
